Role Description

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in managing financial processes, solving discrepancies, and supporting operational excellence? We’re looking for a Home-Based Accounting Support Specialist to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support a growing U.S.-based business by:

• Managing accounts payable functions
• Tracking financial transactions
• Coordinating with internal and external teams
• Ensuring accounting accuracy across projects and systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills

Requirements

• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and report creation
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
• Experience with CommonSKU software (preferred)
