Role Description
Provideโs Sales team is looking for a bold, compassionate, and focused healthcare banking specialist to onboard, service, and manage healthcare practice owner customer relationships and serve as their one point of contact for all customer needs. In this role, you will focus on:

Collaborating with a team of product and retail partners by utilizing the One Bank Sales Cycle to understand the customersโ holistic business needs.

Increasing revenue by identifying and providing needs-based solutions and services to customers.

A day in the life:
-
Onboard and manage referred relationships from internal partners to uncover additional lending opportunities, including treasury solutions, depository accounts, merchant services, payroll, human capital management, and more.

Work with product partners to analyze, evaluate, and develop a tailored relationship strategy for each customer.

Prepare loan documents through written analysis, recommendation, and coordination with Middle Office.

Coordinate loan closing, packaging, servicing, and, if necessary, the liquidation of professional practice loans to conform with the Bank's policies and regulatory compliance.

Balance risk and return measured by any charge-offs that result in loss of income within the first 12 months.

Effectively retain and grow long-term, profitable customer relationships with in-footprint and out-of-footprint customers across the country.

Cross-sell all applicable Fifth Third Bank products and services to an existing portfolio of business customers and their owners/senior management.

Coordinate all virtual customer-related activities, including credit support and with other product partners.

Conduct thorough and effective pre-call planning, One Bank Consultative Sales approach, and prompt post-call follow up.

Utilize the Bank's customer relationship management (CRM) system for customer activity tracking, call reports, and pipeline management.

Partner with portfolio managers and credit officers on credit requests and adhere to established portfolio management guidelines.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Proven ability to build new and existing customer business and provide a positive customer experience.

Extensive knowledge of non-credit products.

Knowledge of commercial and treasury management services, as well as alternative lending and financial options.

Ability to assess customer needs, drivers of profitability, and corporate/personal lifecycle-optimizing financial solutions.

Effective problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with particular emphasis on experience in phone-based negotiations and presentations.

Demonstrated alignment with the Bancorp vision and core values through personal actions and leadership influence to promote high-performing work groups.

Proven ability to work in a team-based sales environment.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements
-
Three (3) or more years of sales experience.

One (1) year or more experience managing business banking or commercial relationships.

Virtual/remote customer management experience.

Familiarity with prospecting and CRM sales tools.

Total Base Pay Range: 61,200.00 - 125,500.00 USD Annual.

This role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
