[Hiring] Garnishment Processor @OSV

Role Description

The Garnishment Processor is responsible for providing garnishment services support to our client base. While providing excellent customer service and adhering to the established SLAs, the Garnishment Processor will provide accurate reporting and information in response to customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing US and Canadian garnishment payment files based off withholding orders created in Workday.
• Process refunds and reissues once an amendment or release is received from the agency.
• Disburse wage garnishment payments via check and EFT to the appropriate payees in a timely manner.
• Generate reports from three different applications needed for customer presentations, metrics tracking, and internal processing use.
• Interpret and resolve tickets ensuring accurate information is provided to the customer while adhering to OneSource Virtual's SLAs.
• Validate and confirm all garnishment collections and payments have been released to the bank.
• Provide payment history reporting to the customer to ensure payments have been paid and disbursed.
• Interact with various departments within and outside the company to answer payment questions and resolve issues.
• Complete company-based online learning material.
• Work on special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (Required).
• General knowledge of garnishments, payroll functions, and processing.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word (Preferred).
• Prior experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or TaxEx preferred.
