[Hiring] Fund Administration Manager @Allocator One Group

Role Description

As a Fund Administration Manager, you'll be forward deployed: embedded with the customer, owning outcomes instead of tickets. You run the operational engine of a small portfolio of venture funds.

• You are in the GP's WhatsApp group.
• You are the named person behind their back-office inbox.
• Handle KYC issues, urgent document signing, and due-diligence requests end to end.
• Manage fund operations: onboarding, closings, capital calls, deal execution, reporting, and everything in between.
• Work with legal documents: LPAs, subscription agreements, CLAs, side letters.
• Own outcomes for named clients whose fundraises and deals move at startup speed.
• Collaborate with an engineering team to implement fixes based on flagged issues.
• Be the accountable person per client, leveraging an AI-first backend.

Qualifications

• An operator with experience in founding, joining early, or running something.
• Extreme ownership and responsiveness.
• Precision under speed.
• Legal background (optional): comfort with transaction documents.
• AI-fluent: familiarity with LLMs and treating the backend as a teammate.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Location: Fully remote from Eastern Europe, South America, or the Philippines.

• Fast and exact in handling details, knowing when to prioritize speed or accuracy.
• Ability to read and understand complex legal documents.
• Experience working with AI tools and understanding their applications in operations.
• Substantial daily overlap with Central European business hours.
