[Hiring] Fund Accounting Operations Analyst @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Operations Analyst with strong knowledge of fund accounting, investment operations, and client onboarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting hedge funds, private equity funds, or other alternative investment vehicles, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role requires accounting expertise, operational discipline, a process-improvement mindset, and an interest in using automation and AI to improve fund administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain fund general ledgers and process journal entries
• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual NAV-related activities
• Prepare workpapers, financial reports, and supporting accounting schedules
• Execute cash, position, and transaction reconciliations
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Calculate management fees, incentive fees, carried interest, and waterfall allocations
• Support hedge fund, private equity, and alternative investment structures
• Perform trade lifecycle and investment accounting activities
• Coordinate with custodians, administrators, auditors, and portfolio managers
• Perform historical data conversion, validation, and reconciliation
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency using AI and automation tools
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles

Qualifications

• Fund accounting, general ledger, journal entries, and financial reporting
• NAV calculations and reconciliations (cash, position, transaction)
• Understanding of hedge funds, private equity, mutual funds, or alternative investments
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large financial datasets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Geneva, PCS, Investran, eFront, Allvue, or Advent fund accounting platforms
• Exposure to client migrations, fund conversions, or new-client onboarding
• Knowledge of AI, RPA, Microsoft Copilot, or Power Automate
• CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent financial certification
