[Hiring] FP&A Manager @Doncasters

Role Description

Are you an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager within a manufacturing environment? Can you join Doncasters on their journey to turning metals into motion?

This is a remote role, based within the UK, there may be a requirement to travel adhocly throughout the year, you will have ample notice for this.

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for providing financial planning & analysis insight into multiple site operations within their respective divisions, constantly demonstrating curiosity and a strong focus on insight, consistently asking “so what” and constructively challenging assumptions, responses, and established practices.

• Consolidate monthly reporting and offer annual budgeting support.
• Work with and support site finance teams, ensuring delivery of functional objectives.
• Review financial KPI’s and produce regular processing of KPI figures, always looking for ways to be more efficient.
• Review all monthly balance sheet reconciliation, general sub-ledger submission, trial balance, and account analysis.
• Produce ad hoc information requests by head office or other functions where necessary.

Qualifications

• A degree in accounting or Finance and be a qualified accountant.
• Previous experience working as a FP&A Manager within a manufacturing environment.
• Organised and proactive individual who communicates clearly and demonstrates resilience and cultural awareness.
• Knowledge of Hyperion, P&L, BS, Cashflow, etc.
