Role Description
Join a high-impact finance team supporting the fast-growing Coram Home Infusion business. As an FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across Volume, Revenue, and Margin, partnering closely with business leaders to influence strategy and results. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role offers strong visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to shape financial outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Daily, weekly, monthly volume reporting

Month end close responsibilities

Tracking performance against forecast, identifying risks/opportunities versus the plan & actively engaging with the business to mitigate risks/take action on opportunities

Lead the Budgeting & Forecasting process for Volume, Revenue & Margin working hand in hand with business leaders

Being a resource for the Coram business leaders in understanding financial impacts of their actions & achievement of their metrics

Supporting ad hoc projects and reporting
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 5 years relevant finance work experience and prior FP&A experience in a similar large publicly traded organization

Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel

Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects based on strict calendar expectations
Requirements

Knowledge of SAP and Oracle-based systems

Knowledge of pricing & reimbursement in the healthcare industry

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to create partnerships across large enterprises and across different levels of the organization

Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization under tight deadlines

Experience synthesizing and analyzing large sets of data
Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business and or equivalent relevant work experience
