[Hiring] FP&A Lead @Iterable

Role Description

This FP&A lead position is a critical and highly visible leadership role within the Iterable finance team that drives integrated financial strategic analysis and consolidation to support department and company-wide planning, forecasting, and performance reporting processes. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this strategic leader will be essential to corporate forecasting, reporting, and executive decision support while serving as a strategic partner to Research & Development (R&D).

• Lead forecasting for product-level revenue and bookings.
• Partner closely with Product and Commercial teams on pricing model initiatives and unit economics.
• Bridge the SaaS platform's technical trajectory and financial performance.
• Lead short- and long-term investment strategy while leveraging cutting-edge AI financial tooling.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of leadership in interpreting, analyzing, and communicating complex business issues and driving strategic improvements. This position offers significant executive exposure and direct influence over core strategic decisions across the business.

• Help lead the annual operating plan.
• Orchestrate rolling forecasts.
• Drive contingent scenario planning and strategic long-range models.
• Establish advanced month-end management reporting.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting/Finance, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of progressive financial analysis experience at high-growth SaaS companies, public accounting, or investment banking.
• Proven experience building revenue models, evaluating pricing strategy, and forecasting roll-ups by geographies, segments and/or products.
• Expertise in quantitative analysis and financial modeling, alongside familiarity with modern AI tools, BI solutions, and G-Suite apps.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior C-suite executives (CFO, CTO, CPO).
• Strong passion for AI technology trends and AI-powered product development.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with key team members and stakeholders.
• Roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and ability to adapt quickly to changes in business priorities and conditions.

Requirements

• Be a key driver in company-wide financial statement forecasting and reporting across product-level revenue metrics, bookings, resource allocation, headcount, and OpEx.
• Serve as the strategic finance leader for the R&D organization, managing departmental budgets, headcount models, and ROI metrics.
• Partner closely with the Product and Go-To-Market leadership teams on strategic pricing model initiatives.
• Lead financial oversight for AI-driven platform initiatives.
• Own the holistic company cost of revenue forecast.
• Spearhead executive and Board of Directors presentation materials.
• Leverage modern AI-driven financial planning tools and methodologies.
• Drive financial risk and opportunity analyses.
• Build scalable strategic frameworks in close alignment with Accounting, Product, and Engineering leadership.
