[Hiring] FP&A Analyst @Route

Role Description

As our key Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A), you will be the primary engine behind our financial planning and operational analysis. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced ecommerce environment where the unit economics are complex and the data is plentiful. You won’t just be reporting on what happened last month; you will be building the models that dictate what we do next year. This position will engage cross functionally to influence decision making across multiple departments and disciplines, as well as be responsible for up-leveling and developing the FP&A organization as a whole. Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, or Strategic Finance.
• Experience in Ecommerce or SaaS is a significant plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Requirements

• Strong modeling skills and experience with FP&A platforms (Adaptive, Analplan), BI tools (Tableau, Looker), and ERP systems (Netsuite, Sage Intacct).
• Ability to explain the "why" behind a budget variance and its implications to our financial outlook.
• Proven track record of owning and administering financial forecasting software (e.g., Adaptive, Vena, Mosaic, or Jirav).
• Ability to thrive in a "high tech" pace where priorities can shift.
