[Hiring] Financial Wellness Coach @Marsh McLennan

Role Description

We are looking for an energetic, positive person to join the Marsh McLennan Agency Northeast Retirement Services Team. Reporting to the Director of Financial Wellness within our Retirement Services practice, this position will be responsible for delivering individual retirement education and financial wellness materials to our client’s employees and plan participants, both in-person and virtually. In addition, you will assist the team with retention and new business development goals and opportunities.

• Support MMA Retirement Services clients by delivering helpful and effective education and advice to their retirement plan participants.
• Work with producers and consultants to help them improve client interactions and engagements.
• Participate in national MMA Retirement Services initiatives.
• Work with colleagues from other lines of business to collaborate on companywide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• A college degree.
• Securities 65 or 66 license or professional certification.
• Financial or retirement planning or educational experience.
• Proficient to advanced Excel skills; ability to utilize arithmetic formulas, upload spreadsheets, and import/export data.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage projects amidst competing deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
