• Educate clients on comprehensive financial literacy solutions, including wealth accumulation and protection strategies.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships within your community and networks.
• Utilize our advanced corporate technology platform to analyze client needs and present customized financial solutions.
• Participate in virtual team training, leadership development modules, and mentorship sessions.
• Manage your business pipeline independently while collaborating within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Former real estate agents, hospitality professionals, or insurance associates.
• Former educators, corporate trainers, or military veterans.
• Individuals with strong local networks or experience in community outreach.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a state insurance license.
• Must possess a reliable desktop or laptop computer with a stable internet connection capable of hosting virtual video meetings.
• Strong interpersonal communication, entrepreneurial mindset, and basic computer proficiency.
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references upon request.
