Role Description

We’re looking for a Financial Representative - Finra, who is motivated, skilled, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects.

• Execute business process transactions, learn from experienced team members, and focus on accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and other staff.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and data analysis.
• Contribute to identifying and resolving process bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Participate in documenting and updating process guidelines.
• Assist in analyzing data trends and reporting.
• Support the team in meeting performance targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience on Finra Financial Representative and Customer Service.
• Valid Finra License series 6 and 7.
• Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
• Proficiencies in business process management and optimization.
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
