Role Description
The FP&A Senior Director provides strategic leadership for financial planning and analysis across the organization. This role drives the development of enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and financial decision support to inform executive leadership and optimize business performance. Responsibilities include overseeing advanced financial modeling, long-range planning, performance tracking, and business insights that support company strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on financial data analysis and market trends.

Oversee the consolidation of financial results and monitor performance against key metrics and targets.

Direct long-range financial planning and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.

Manage relationships with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance for major business decisions.

Develop and maintain financial governance and reporting frameworks that ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field strongly preferred.

Typically requires 12+ years of progressively senior financial planning and analysis experience.

Proven experience in a leadership role managing financial strategies at a corporate or divisional level.
Requirements

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.

Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is an advantage.
