Role Description
Weβre looking for a
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
who will play a key role in supporting the bankβs financial strategy and decision-making processes. This position is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to drive informed business decisions and ensure financial health. The FP&A Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles. Strong plus if within banking or financial services sector.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis. Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a strong plus.

High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.

Strong ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
