Role Description

The Financial Healthcare Analyst supports day-to-day financial operations within the SPBM/FI Operational Finance team, including:

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Cash receipts
• Bank reconciliations
• 1099 activities
• Financial reporting and related analysis

This role uses SQL, Excel, and other reporting tools to research discrepancies, support audits, and ensure financial accuracy.

Your role in our mission includes:

• Performing financial operations including AP, AR, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, and 1099 activities.
• Generating, reviewing, and analyzing financial reports based on client and operational requirements.
• Using SQL and reporting tools to research, validate, and analyze financial and operational data.
• Supporting audits, reconciliations, gap analysis, and resolution of financial discrepancies.
• Collaborating with Finance, Operations, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and support ad hoc analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial operations, accounting, AP/AR, reconciliations, or related finance functions.
• Experience using SQL to query, validate, and analyze data.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

• Remote work from home position for candidates residing in the United States.
