[Hiring] Financial Auditor / Analyst @Remote VA

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Auditor / Analyst with at least 10 years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, and reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.

• Conduct financial analysis, audits, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and audit findings for management review.
• Analyze trends, budgets, cash flow, and operational performance.
• Support month-end, year-end, and audit preparation processes.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO), Excel, and Claude for financial analysis and reporting tasks.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting, analysis).
• Experience using Claude or AI-assisted analytical tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
