[Hiring] Financial Analyst @Sybridge Technologies

Role Description

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven FP&A professional to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights, optimize costs, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling proactive business decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational and business objectives.
• Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level financial summaries.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and perform resource allocation, investment evaluation, and ROI analysis.
• Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a related finance function.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, OneStream, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within manufacturing, technology, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of financial consolidation and performance management tools.
• Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic financial insights.
