Role Description

Buscamos un nuevo talento para sumarse al equipo de Business Process Delivery, con la oportunidad de colaborar en el proyecto LTS – Transformation Program.

Como Finance Process & Operations Processor, la persona será responsable de:

• Proveer métricas y reportes para dar soporte a la función de Finanzas.
• Coordinar y brindar soporte a actividades de análisis financiero y reporting.
• Actuar como subject matter expert, colaborando y gestionando al equipo para asegurar un desempeño efectivo.
• Asumir responsabilidad sobre las decisiones del equipo.
• Interactuar con múltiples equipos.
• Contribuir en decisiones clave.
• Proveer soluciones a problemas dentro del equipo inmediato y en colaboración con otros equipos.
• Desarrollar y mejorar herramientas de reporting financiero para aumentar la precisión y la eficiencia.
• Analizar datos financieros para identificar tendencias y apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
• Colaborar con equipos cross-funcionales para optimizar operaciones financieras y mejorar procesos.
• Dar soporte a la implementación de nuevos sistemas financieros y asegurar una transición fluida.
• Contribuir a iniciativas de mejora continua identificando oportunidades dentro de los procesos financieros.

Qualifications

• Nivel avanzado/bilingüe de ingles, oral y escrito.
• Nivel experto en Procesos Financieros.
• Nivel avanzado en Financial Management Reporting.
• Nivel avanzado en procesos y sistemas financieros.
