Role Description

We are looking for a Finance & Payments Operations Specialist who will support day-to-day financial operations and payment processes within an iGaming project. This role combines financial coordination, payment operations, and analytical work. You will be responsible for:

• Managing expenses
• Supporting settlements
• Working with payment systems
• Participating in reconciliation processes with partners

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Payments / Finance Operations / PSP / Anti-Fraud or similar roles
• Experience in iGaming or high-risk industries
• Understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and routing logic
• Experience working with financial data and reports
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• English – B1+

Requirements

• Nice to have:
  • Experience with payment providers (PSPs)
  • Experience with payment conversion analysis and optimization
  • Experience working with affiliate / traffic teams
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Control and execute payments for services and operational expenses
• Maintain expense tracking and prepare reports for finance
• Provide data for settlements from payment systems
• Participate in reconciliation processes with partners (twice per month)
• Prepare data for affiliate payouts (traffic payments)
• Monitor transactions and identify issues or inconsistencies
• Work with payment providers and support payment flows
• Handle chargebacks and assist with fraud monitoring
• Analyze payment performance and conversion rates
• Identify bottlenecks and support optimization of payment cascades
