Key Responsibilities:

Finance Support

Process supplier invoices accurately.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare payment batches and reconciliations.

Maintain financial records and reports.
-
Support month-end finance activities.
-
Assist with cash flow reporting.

Sales & Customer Administration
-
Enter customer purchase orders daily.
-
Support order processing and coordination.
-
Liaise with internal sales teams.
-
Track deliveries and customer requirements.
-
Operations & Logistics Support
-
Maintain proof-of-delivery records.
-
Support dispatch and logistics administration.
-
Prepare operational reports.
-
Track invoices, jobs, and deliveries.
-
Maintain organized systems, records, and workflows.
-
Process & Team Support
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Ensure customer and supplier information is accurate.
-
Provide reliable administrative support across departments.
-
Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

Experience in one or more of the following:

Accounts administration.
-
Finance support.
-
Bookkeeping.
-
Operations support.
-
Sales support.
-
Logistics administration.
-
Customer order processing.
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Reliable, accountable, and proactive approach to work.

Ability to learn systems and processes quickly.
