[Hiring] Finance Executive @Syscort Technologies

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) to manage bookkeeping, billing, accounting records and R2R activities across multiple Syscort entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries across multiple entities.
• Prepare and process customer invoices, vendor bills, receipts and payments.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documents.
• Perform bank, AP, AR and intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage month-end closing and R2R activities.
• Prepare accruals, prepayments, provisions and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate GL, Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Track AR/AP aging, outstanding bills, collections and payments.
• Maintain records for expenses, payroll, subscriptions and corporate cards.
• Support VAT, Corporate Tax, audit and statutory requirements.
• Maintain entity-wise finance files, invoices, contracts and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, vendors and internal teams.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
• Support improvements and automation of finance processes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GL, AP/AR, reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting preferred.
• UAE accounting/VAT experience preferred.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• ACCA/CA/CMA is an advantage.
• High attention to detail, ownership and ability to work independently.
• Experience with Accounting & ERP Software like Zoho and etc.
