[Hiring] Finance Executive @RGE

Role Description

Finance Executive to carry out and support the Accounting Function and Process Improvement for the Singapore Market and SEA:

• Accounting Operation Function:
  • Support in Account Receivable operation and automation
  • Price Master data Maintenance
  • Month End Closing
• Process Improvement:
  • Support in process review, process improvement and automation
  • Seek for continuous process improvement to strive for efficiency
  • Keen to learn on the Business process and Accounting, Closing process
• Support of Singapore Finance operations remotely
• Account Receivable:
  • Uploading of invoices to Customer Portal
  • Explore potential automation of the customer invoice uploading process
  • Other Account Receivable support to the RBS AR Team Manager
• Month End Closing:
  • Support in the preparation and posting of some of the Accruals Journal Entries into Oracle
  • Support in the Balance Sheet Schedule process with Local Singapore Finance team and RBS Finance team
  • Support in the Month-end closing activity with Local Singapore Finance team and coordinating with RBS Finance team
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required by Local Singapore Finance team and RBS Finance team
• Price Master data Maintenance:
  • Support in the Pricing Masterdata Maintenance and upload for Singapore Market
• Support local operation within Finance team in SEA
• Process Improvement:
  • Part of the team to improve automation of monthly reporting
  • Support in deep diving of data and data cleaning
