[Hiring] Finance Director @Strada Global

Role Description

The Finance Director responsibilities include financial leadership across our Global Payroll business. Scope of responsibility spanned both corporate and divisional levels with a high level of interaction and reporting to Senior Leadership.

• Generation of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasting in accordance with the business segment and client contractual deliverables.
• Direct interaction with segment leadership for the development and implementation of initiatives to achieve annual targets.
• Drive customer profitability improvement plans.
• Provide monthly financial reviews and analysis to impact monthly forecasts of FTE/costs.
• Serve as a member of the governance committee attending client/vendor meetings and working directly with business counterparts on all financial aspects of client/vendor management.
• Serve as a member of the segment leadership team providing management input on all aspects of practice—HR, resource management, business delivery, customer service, IT, payroll.
• Seek out and implement continuous process improvements for the segment.
• Assist leadership in critical business decision support through ad-hoc analysis, new business opportunities and financial modeling of new client service offerings, contract renewals and ongoing processes.
• Responsible for management and development of finance staff.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, DOA.

Qualifications

• Strong financial leadership experience.
• Experience in corporate and divisional financial management.
• Proven ability to interact with senior leadership.
• Expertise in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal compliance policies.
