[Hiring] Finance Business Operations Specialist @Project Management Institute

Role Description

Do you love new ideas and look to improve the world in ways big and small?

You will be responsible for successful global ERP operations support, business process management and platform training. Partners with Finance stakeholders and ERP CFD to analyze, define, implement and optimize needed ERP business processes and end-user training. Defines and implements standards for ERP processes and tools to be used across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business management, computer science, Finance or other related fields
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis and process management, preferably related to Finance business processes and ERP systems
• Experience creating end user documentation for system users and business process documentation, including workflows
• Experience working with business process modeling tools
• Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment

Requirements

• Success with change management principles, methodologies and tools, especially related to technology adoption challenges and delivering creative solutions
• Ability to evaluate and improve existing business processes, knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English), both verbal and in writing
• Travel Requirements: 0-5%
