[Hiring] Finance & Admin Assistant @Lekker Code Company

Role Description

Join our team! We're at home in Germany, Spain and South Africa, working together to drive digital transformation across Europe. From forward looking e-commerce solutions to renewable energy projects - you'll be part of a lean, international team that values ownership over hierarchy.

Important for your start:

• As our finance and operations run across three countries, we're looking for someone who is reliable, structured and confident working independently.
• Strong English is essential; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lekker Code South Africa:
  • Prepare invoices to Lekker Code Germany
  • File and organise invoices in our Google Drive (e.g. Google, Vodacom folders)
  • Follow up on open administrative matters
• Lekker Code Germany:
  • Follow up on freelancer timesheets
  • Prepare client invoices
  • Support internal team with invoice-related questions
• Lekker Code Spain:
  • Process bank statements in Google Sheets and pay bills across all bank accounts
  • Orchestrate our accountants in Spain, Germany and South Africa (gathering and providing the right documents)
  • Handle payroll processing for employees
  • Track upcoming deadlines and due dates, and send timely reminders
  • Manage inter-company invoicing between Lekker Spain and Lekker Germany

Qualifications

• Solid experience in bookkeeping, finance administration or accounts payable/receivable
• Highly organised, detail oriented and deadline driven - you don't let things slip
• Confident with Google Sheets and Google Drive
• Comfortable handling bank statements, invoices and payroll data accurately
• Fluent English (written & spoken); German is a clear plus
• Self managed and dependable in a fully remote, cross time zone setup
• Experience supporting multiple entities or international finance ops is an advantage
