Role Description

EY Global’s member, Rapid Innovation is looking for Managers to join the Rapid Innovation team to remotely support leading complex MENA audit engagements and support growth of the MENA Audit business.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing audit engagements by defining strategies with senior leaders and ensuring compliance with EY's policies.
• Executing complex procedures and managing financial aspects.
• Supporting business development.
• Building strong relationships and delivering high-quality work.
• Identifying risks and escalating issues.
• Fostering a positive learning culture by coaching junior team members.
• Contributing to recruitment, retention, and training initiatives.
• Maintaining educational programs for staff development.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record and professional accounting qualification i.e. CA/ACCA or CPA (Fully Qualified).
• Thorough professional experience in external audit at a reputed firm.
