Role Description

As Expert in our Controlling Excellence Center you bring a wide experience around manufacturing and standard costing processes. You are responsible for supporting multiple manufacturing sites around the globe. As CEC Expert you are part of a dynamic team, working transversally within the Global Healthcare Operations Organization and are in charge to shape the financial setup, standardize processes and optimize across the network.

The CEC Expert will implement our controlling strategy, ensuring precision, compliance, and operational excellence fostering collaboration with Finance team, Site Controlling leads and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Curious mind with can-do attitude and continuous improvement mindset
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in a business-related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial (manufacturing) organizations
• Proficient in SAP CO and FI modules with a strong knowledge on product costing
• Genuine interest to embrace and work with AI technologies
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; other languages such as German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or Chinese is/are a plus.
• Advanced usage of TM1, MS Office (e.g. Excel and Power Point, Power BI Knowledge is a plus)
