Role Description

At Greenbox Capital, we help small businesses thrive by giving them fast, accessible funding. As an Expediter, you’ll play a critical role in protecting portfolio quality while supporting revenue growth through sound, timely underwriting decisions.

You bring strong financial analysis skills, close attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate across teams to keep deals moving efficiently. You’re naturally curious and open to using AI tools to improve research, analysis, workflow efficiency, and problem-solving, while still applying independent judgment, maintaining accuracy, and following company policies.

In this role, you’ll:

• Identify, gather, and analyze the information needed to assess credit risk and determine sources of repayment.
• Make thoughtful underwriting decisions, including declining applications when necessary, while ensuring decisions align with Greenbox Capital’s credit policies and risk philosophy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required.
• 1–3+ years of experience in underwriting, financial analysis, credit risk, or related financial services field preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements and assess repayment risk.
• Experience reviewing bank statements and business financial documentation required.
