[Hiring] Escrow Analysis Specialist I @Selene Finance LP

Role Description

The Escrow Analysis Specialist I will ensure that policy and procedures for the department are strictly adhered to, federal and private investor guidelines are followed and that business objectives are achieved by performing the following duties:

• Maintains the workflow volume for the Escrow Analysis department to meet internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Handles escalated loan level issues and provides departmental research assistance for complex issues as required to support client inquiries and various departments.
• Works with management to ensure that internal and external audits are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Performs individual escrow analysis as requested by other departments.
• Reviews mass analysis for anomalies and ensures accurate and timely analysis per RESPA requirements.
• Completes tasks within SLA’s.
• Works with the Manager to document, communicate, and implement changes in policy and procedures.
• Identifies areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Completes required training courses in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Preferred BKFS MSP or Sagent experience and/or training in any of the following workstations: Escrow Analysis, Tax, Hazard Insurance and MIP/PMI is preferred.
• Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Previous experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS, and Sagent preferred.
