Role Description
The Director, Finance, Compliance and Analytics provides ownership and oversight of enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) tools and services, including managing the preparation of a variety of budgetary, forecasted and financial data, accounting, and analysis of such data. They will also be responsible for monitoring 340B compliance policy changes, communicating them to the stakeholders and assessing related risk. This position is expected to be an expert in 340B operation and claims processing and will interface with all other departments within the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Promotes the overall vision and strategies of the enterprise.

Ensures the effective execution of the organization’s BI strategy and objectives.

Collaborates with business and IT stakeholders and subject matter experts on the overall Business Intelligence strategy.

Functions as the Release Manager for the SUNRx Reporting and BI applications, responsible for planning and managing the release schedule, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of solutions.

Develops and promotes the overall vision, goals, strategies, and objectives for strategic financial forecasting, accounting practices & analysis in support of the Company's overall vision and objectives.

Analyzes current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.

Sets policy and supports financial operations for accounts receivables, payables and monthly accruals on an ongoing basis.

Creates actionable guidance given regular 340B federal, state and drug manufacturer policy updates.

Institutes and ensures adherence to guidelines and best practices for design, coding and quality assurance of Business Intelligence solutions. Ensures compliance policies are satisfied and that the units work product is HIPAA compliant.

Institutes and ensures adherence to policies and procedures that effect high levels of service, high quality solutions, ensure compliance and promote value and efficiency.

Proactively identifies and implements the adoption of new technology, industry’s best practices, and streamlining processes.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manages assigned staff in the segment area.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the unit.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications
-
BA/BS Degree or equivalent; plus 10 years’ related experience; 10 years of SME in respective area(s); (or equivalent combination of education and experience); and 8 years supervisory experience.

Supervisory experience may be substituted with 10 years of MedImpact experience plus an appropriate external leadership training program and internal mentorship with a seasoned leader at the Director level or above that must be completed within 12 months in new position.

Work Location
This position works from a remote location. Must provide adequate support to internal clients; be available for regular interactions and coordination of work with other employees, colleagues, clients, or vendors; as well as be available to facilitate effective decisions through collaboration with stakeholders.
Working Hours
This is an exempt level position requiring the incumbent to work the hours required to fully accomplish job responsibilities and reasonably meet deadlines for work deliverables. The individual must have the flexibility to work beyond traditional hours and be able to work nights, at weekends or on holidays as required. Work hours may be changed from time to time to meet the needs of the business. Typical core business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Travel
This position requires domestic travel of up to 10% of the time.
