Role Description

We are looking for a Credit Control Assistant to support our finance team in South Africa. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of credit control or accounts receivable processes.

• Help manage customer accounts
• Track outstanding payments
• Follow up on overdue invoices in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with resolving billing and payment queries
• Update account records
• Support the wider finance team with day-to-day administrative tasks

The role requires someone who is organized, confident, and able to work accurately under pressure.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in credit control, finance administration, or accounts receivable
• Strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with accounting systems
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Maintain positive relationships with customers

Requirements
