📍London/Cardiff/Remote (UK) | 💰£43,300 to £58,500 + Incentive Awards tied to your performance + Benefits

Our team ⭐ Credit Platform's mission is to systematise credit analysis and decisioning across Monzo's products, data and geographies. You'll join a small, high-performing team supporting an ambitious multi-market growth agenda.

🔑 You’ll play a key role by:

• Supporting the sourcing, onboarding and day-to-day management of Credit Reference Agencies and external-data suppliers across consumer and commercial data
• Maintaining Monzo's single source of truth on what bureau (borrowing) data and products we hold, what we're contracted for, and how each is used
• Tracking and reconciling spend against supplier volumes and budgets, and surfacing cost-optimisation opportunities
• Coordinating supplier onboarding steps with Legal, Data Protection, Security and Procurement
• Helping test and evaluate new CRA and alternative-data products, and writing up findings for the squad to evaluate further
• Owning end-to-end one or more supplier relationships or EU workstreams (e.g. Open Banking scoring, a market's bureau stack), and deputising for the Credit Bureau Relationship Manager
• Leading discrete procurement/contract-lifecycle activities and shaping supplier strategy in your area

Qualifications

• Highly organised and thrive on keeping many moving parts in order (i.e., tracking actions, deadlines and follow-ups so nothing slips)
• Clear, confident communicator, comfortable coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
• Sharp eye for detail across invoices, contracts, trackers and records
• Proactive and self-starting: chase things down and keep work moving without being asked
• Genuinely curious about credit-bureau data, suppliers and how they support lending

Requirements

• Exposure to procurement, supplier/vendor management, or financial services (nice to have)
