[Hiring] Corporate Development Lead @OpenLoop Health

Role Description

OpenLoop's mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. As a Corporate Development Lead, you'll drive the day-to-day execution of deals across the front half of the lifecycle, from sourcing and initial evaluation through diligence, negotiation support, and signing. You'll build the valuation and synergy analysis behind each deal, keep the process organized and on schedule, and turn analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership. You'll work closely with the Post-Merger Integration team so the synergy thesis you build is one the company can actually deliver after close.

We are looking for an analytically excellent dealmaker who has learned the mechanics of getting a deal done inside a top M&A practice and is ready to run that playbook in-house. This is the execution engine of the deal team: you'll own the analytical and process backbone of live deals, from building the model and running the data room to drafting the investment memo and quantifying synergies. To start, you'll work hand in hand with the SVP of Corporate Development, getting unusual exposure and ownership early rather than sitting several layers down. It is a hands-on role for someone who wants to move from advising on deals to executing them, and to grow into owning deals over time. This role reports directly to the SVP of Corporate Development and is fully remote (US).

What You'll Do

• Build the financial models and valuation analysis that underpin each deal, and identify and quantify revenue and cost synergies.
• Run the deal process on the execution side: manage the data room, coordinate diligence workstreams, schedule and prepare for meetings, and keep the timeline on track.
• Draft clear, decision-ready investment memos, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Support negotiations with the analysis, structuring options, and materials that move a deal toward signing.
• Source and screen potential targets against the company's strategy and investment criteria.
• Partner with the Post-Merger Integration team during diligence to pressure-test the thesis and hand off a clean basis for what comes after close.
• Keep deal materials, trackers, and stakeholders organized across multiple live processes at once.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in an M&A advisory group at a prominent investment bank, specifically on M&A deal execution.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with direct experience across the mechanics of closing a deal: sourcing, diligence, data room management, investment memos, synergy identification and quantification, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Sharp, decision-ready written and verbal communication, including comfort presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
• The organization and drive to run multiple deal processes at once without losing the thread.
• Interest in moving from an advisory seat to executing deals for a principal, in a fast-growing environment.
