[Hiring] Controlling Manager @Vendana

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Controlling Manager to lead our financial controlling and reporting activities. In this role, you will manage a small finance team and work closely with our CEO on financial and business performance.

• Lead and coordinate a small finance team and oversee day-to-day financial controlling activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, budgets and management information.
• Monitor revenues, costs, cash flow and other key financial performance indicators.
• Work directly with the CEO and other department heads, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Analyze sales performance, including revenue development, individual performance and KPI tracking.
• Provide marketing and commercial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of financial and business data.
• Identify trends, discrepancies and correlations within complex datasets and investigate their underlying causes.
• Support ad-hoc financial and business analysis as required.
• Continuously improve financial reporting, controlling processes and data quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling, financial management, FP&A, business analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently, process and grasp large volumes of data.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas and large datasets.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, KPIs and business performance.
• Experience with sales performance analysis and management reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Ability to identify patterns, discrepancies and trends and translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• A proactive, dependable and hands-on approach.
