Role Description
Processes, reviews, and audits incoming commission payments into proprietary software system according to company guidelines.
Responsibilities

Coordinate daily commission payments and record into proprietary software system, including:

Analyze and reconcile carrier spreadsheets with payments and convert to compatible electronic format.

Confirm and calculate commissions for accuracy according to scales.

Ensure timely entering in preparation for weekly and monthly commissions run.
-
Maintain commission schedules in proprietary software system.
-
Monitor and audit commission payments.
-
Assimilate, analyze, and maintain records of commission data through various sources.
-
Contribute to varied aspects of Commission processing.
-
Organize and maintain updates to carrier compensation information.
-
Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships by facilitating communication with brokers and clients.
-
Provide customer service to brokers and clients who inquire about reconciliations of commission payment data in proprietary software system.
-
Liaison with brokers for commission related questions and discrepancies; research and resolve commission related inquiries.

Prepare reports.
Qualifications
-
2+ years revenue auditing experience.
-
Excellent math and organizational skills.
-
Detail oriented.
-
Ability to type 35-40 wpm, alpha-numeric.
-
Insurance industry experience a plus.
-
Proficient in Windows based computer systems, including Excel and Outlook.
Requirements

Hourly Range: $25.48 - $33.65 per hour.

The actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education, skill level, and/or geographic location.
