[Hiring] Commission Analyst @Viasat, Inc.

Role Description

As the Commissions Analyst, you will assist in calculating and processing the weekly and monthly Channel Partner reimbursements across multiple sales channels in the US, ensuring timely and accurate payments that drive sales into the organization. You will provide support to our retailers and internal sales partners as it relates to their compensation.

Note: This role supports US time-zone, remotely out of India.

• Process variable sales commissions (base compensation, bonus incentives, long term incentives, fulfillment reimbursements) using Commissions software, Xactly's INCENT.
• Perform commission staff support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication, and administration of sales commissions or incentive programs, plans, policies, and quotas.
• Audit commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness. Verify and follow through, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of commission payments as outlined in the plan.
• Ability to translate legal contract agreements.
• Generate ad hoc reporting requested by both internal and external customers.
• Resolve reconciliation issues and support our partners by managing relationships and resolving disputes in a timely and complete manner.
• Follow data processes from the back office tables that are ingested into a compensation software and how those translate into real-time payments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales commission/incentive processing.
• Proven excellent Excel spreadsheet skills (pivot table).
• Possess effective interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholders' management skill including sales team, external partners/clients.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Ability to work on US time-zone.

Requirements

• Experience with Xactly Incent or other Compensation Software.
• Mid/Large corporation experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL - AWS, Tableau, GCP Console.
