[Hiring] Client Account Associate @Supporting Strategies

Role Description

As a Client Account Associate, you will work closely with a Client Portfolio Manager and a small, dedicated team to support and help manage a group of clients. You will:

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
• Communicate directly with clients on assigned items
• Help ensure work is accurate, timely, and consistent
• Collaborate with your teammates daily to stay aligned on priorities
• Flag issues early and keep clients on track

Your work plays a direct role in delivering a smooth and reliable client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline required
• At least five (5) years’ practical bookkeeping/accounting experience required
• Experience using QuickBooks and/or similar cloud-based accounting software for/in a professional organization
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
