Soccer Shots - Palm Beach South is looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale! • Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies to drive business growth and sustainability
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and overall fiscal health of the organization
• Partner with executive leadership to align financial planning with organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements
• Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders
• Analyze financial data and present actionable insights to ownership and leadership teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including CFO or senior finance roles
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Experience with accounting software and financial management systems
• Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
• Passion for youth development, sports, or community-based organizations is a plus
