Build clear weekly and monthly reporting for revenue, profitability, cash position, working capital, and business-unit performance.
-
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and capital-allocation decisions.
-
Improve financial controls, approval processes, internal reporting, and operational discipline across the group.
-
Partner with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to evaluate growth investments, customer acquisition economics, pricing, supplier terms, and margins.
-
Oversee accounting, tax, statutory reporting, audits, payroll, and compliance across Estonian and international entities.
-
Manage relationships with banks, payment providers, accountants, auditors, tax advisers, and external partners.
