Role Description

The CFO leads all financial strategy, planning, and operations, ensuring sustainable growth and strong financial infrastructure to support global expansion.

Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Fundraising
  • Lead equity rounds and investor relations
  • Develop financial models and forecasts
  • Support investment decisions
• Global Financial Operations
  • Manage international financial structure
  • Implement controls, reporting, and audits
  • Oversee tax strategy
• Data & Performance
  • Provide financial insights and dashboards
  • Monitor KPIs such as burn rate and ROI
  • Manage P&L across business units
• Stakeholder Management
  • Interface with investors and board
  • Lead financial reporting

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership, including at least 5 years in a CFO or VP Finance role within luxury hospitality, real estate private equity, or high-growth tech.
• Capital Markets: Proven track record of successfully closing $10M+ funding rounds and managing investor relations.
• International Expertise: Experience managing global financial operations and complex cross-border tax/legal structures.
• Education: CPA or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.

Compensation

$8,500 - $13,000 a month
