[Hiring] Chief Financial Officer @Flalingo

Role Description

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will lead Flalingo’s financial strategy, build scalable financial systems, and drive the company’s long-term growth. As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee financial planning, investor relations, fundraising, compliance, and global financial operations while partnering closely with the CEO on strategic decision-making.

This role requires both strategic leadership and operational excellence. You will be responsible for shaping Flalingo’s financial future, supporting international expansion, optimizing unit economics, and ensuring the company is financially prepared for rapid scaling and future investment opportunities.

• Lead the company’s overall financial strategy, planning, and execution
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-term financial planning
• Oversee cash flow management, profitability analysis, and financial risk management
• Prepare and present investor-ready financial reports, board reports, and KPI dashboards
• Lead fundraising processes, investor relations, and due diligence activities
• Build scalable financial systems, controls, and reporting structures for international growth
• Oversee global payment operations and optimize subscription-based revenue models
• Ensure compliance with Turkish accounting/tax regulations and international financial standards
• Coordinate with external auditors, legal advisors, and financial consultants
• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives, expansion plans, and operational efficiency
• Build and manage the finance team as the company scales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA, CPA, CFA, or SMMM is a strong plus)
• 7+ years of experience in finance, investment, audit, or corporate finance, with leadership experience preferred
• Previous experience in SaaS, EdTech, subscription-based, or high-growth startup environments
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, fundraising, financial modeling, and investor reporting
• Deep understanding of cash flow management, unit economics, and growth metrics
• Experience managing global payment systems and international financial operations
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
• Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment
