As a Business Financial Analyst, the work youβll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of EPA. You will play a crucial role in supporting the TZ work on the MAINES Program.

Support the efforts of the PAA team to ensure the financial administration is monitored, efficiently processed and accurate.

Build and maintain advanced Excel reports and dashboards that integrate financial, project, and operational data feeds.

Analyze data trends to help inform forecasting, budgeting, and operational decisions.

Develop and document detailed cost estimates and estimates of work (EOWs) for technical consulting engagements.

Partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and deliver solutions that enhance visibility and efficiency.

Support process improvements and automation within financial administration workflows.

Collaborate with Project, Release and Account Managers to ensure their estimates are monitored in the system, accurately updated in a timely manner while monitoring the overall budgets of the overall team.

Order services when needed to support our customer's initiatives.

Drive data quality standards to promote data integrity across multiple systems, enabling reliable reporting and better decision making.

Apply meticulous attention to detail in each task performed.
Qualifications

Experience with financial data analysis, budgeting, or estimating in a technical environment.

Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in drafting technical documentation and SOWs.

Familiarity with financial administration within a technical or consulting environment.

Experience working cross-functionally between finance, operations, and technical delivery teams.

Self-Starter.

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems with minimal direction.

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science.

Experience: 3+ years of related experience.

Technical skills: Jira, Microsoft office stack.

US citizenship required.
