[Hiring] Budget Operations and Data Support (Junior) @IQVIA

Role Description

Under supervision, this individual is also expected to support Sales, Finance, and GBO contract and proposal processes in regard to:

• Work allocation
• System updates
• Processing budgets & contracts
• Document storage
• Internal budgets updates
• Other related tasks

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with GBO and Sales Teams for business needs concerning product updates in Salesforce, and general overall support.
• Processing proposal budgets for product updates.
• Supporting senior team members with special projects and troubleshooting proposal budgets.
• Running adhoc reports as needed for compliance reporting.
• Participating in departmental initiatives.
• Performing all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field / Fresh university graduate.
• 1 year experience in an administrative or healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced English (with the ability to prepare written communications using correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation).
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, GBO, and Sales.
• Excellent attention to detail required.
• Ability to act independently and with initiative required to resolve problems.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
