• Maintain and update financial records by accurately recording all financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, providing support during audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data collection and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
