Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations for a U.S.-based business. This role will handle:

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Reconciliations
• Month-end close
• Financial reporting
• General bookkeeping activities

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting a U.S. small business, is highly proficient in QuickBooks Online, and can independently manage multiple accounting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
• 2+ years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
• Experience bookkeeping for a small business with a U.S.-based company.
• Experience independently performing most of the accounting responsibilities outlined in the role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
