Role Description

At Pavago, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of a growing property management company. This is a hands-on bookkeeping role where you’ll be responsible for:

• Bank reconciliations
• Property management accounting
• Accounts payable
• Financial reporting
• QuickBooks Online & Buildium management

You’ll work closely with the property management team to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and efficient accounting operations across multiple properties and business entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in property management and real estate bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience with Buildium and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliations and bookkeeping principles.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and entities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office.

Requirements

• Experience managing books for a property management company (nice to have).
• Experience working with multiple LLCs (nice to have).
• Familiarity with NARPM Chart of Accounts (nice to have).
• Familiarity with Florida landlord-tenant accounting practices (nice to have).
• Experience preparing owner statements (nice to have).
• Experience managing trust accounts (nice to have).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (nice to have).
• Experience improving accounting workflows and financial systems (nice to have).
