The Billing Specialist will work with the Billing Manager and other members on the team, being primarily responsible for processing client invoices in volume, which will entail working closely with both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, with strong attention to detail, accuracy and completeness and wants to be part of a growing, collaborative team, and is motivated by a positive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Billing experience and/or industry experience preferred
• ERP system experience preferred, Sage Intacct desired

• Designate a quiet, and well-lit space free of distractions
• Be online and available to work during designated business hours in local time zone
• Accustomed to using Microsoft Teams (or similar virtual-meeting applications) for regular meetings and communications
• Familiarity with file-storage and file-sharing tools such as Microsoft SharePoint
