Role Description
Cerity Partners is growing quickly, and our billing and revenue function is at the center of that momentum. We're looking for a Billing & Revenue Manager who thrives on building great teams and great processes, someone who can keep day-to-day billing running smoothly while helping shape how we scale through an active merger pipeline. As the Billing & Revenue Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day accuracy and timeliness of billing and revenue management while leading and developing a team of eight professionals. As Cerity Partners continues to grow through significant merger activity, you'll play a hands-on role in conversions, change management, technology initiatives, and building the scalable processes our next chapter needs.

Lead the function through business and organizational change, assessing impacts, recommending solutions, and driving implementation as the firm grows and evolves.
-
Proactively identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and streamline processes, improving efficiency and building scalability.
