[Hiring] Billing, Invoicing & Field Payroll Coordinator @Outsource Access

Role Description

This is a remote position.

At Outsource Access, we help fast-growing engineering, construction, and field service firms keep their financial pipelines moving and completely accurate. We don't just audit daily timesheets and process invoices—we make sure every billable field hour is captured, job costs are perfectly aligned, and project revenue flows without delays or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• A background in accounting support, bookkeeping, or billing—ideally in field services.
• An instinct for catching hidden errors in time entries, rates, and site logs.
• Comfortable making direct follow-up calls and sending crisp messages to field staff, technicians, and Project Managers.
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets effortlessly using advanced formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Adaptability to cloud-based timekeeping platforms (like Deltek), ERP systems, QuickBooks Online, and digital communication tools.
• Operate from a private, quiet, and secure dedicated workspace equipped with a high-performance computer setup, dual monitors, high-speed fiber internet, and reliable power backups.
