Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, including payment processing and bank reconciliation
• Above-average spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High level of accountability with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Exceptional accuracy and precision with strong attention to detail

Requirements

• Process customer payments, including daily receipt posting and payment allocation
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and timely accounts receivable records
• Manage the Accounts Receivable mailbox, including customer inquiries and remittance advice
• Process customer refunds in accordance with the Credit & Collection Policy
• Conduct trade reference checks
• Send invoices and account statements to customers
• Ensure compliance with month-end processing deadlines
• Provide stakeholders with timely updates on payment status and account issues
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts receivable policies and procedures
• Perform administrative, recordkeeping, and ad hoc finance support tasks
