Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, including payment processing and bank reconciliation

Above-average spoken and written English communication skills
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

High level of accountability with the ability to manage responsibilities independently

Exceptional accuracy and precision with strong attention to detail
Requirements

Process customer payments, including daily receipt posting and payment allocation

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
-
Maintain accurate and timely accounts receivable records

Manage the Accounts Receivable mailbox, including customer inquiries and remittance advice

Process customer refunds in accordance with the Credit & Collection Policy

Conduct trade reference checks
-
Send invoices and account statements to customers

Ensure compliance with month-end processing deadlines
-
Provide stakeholders with timely updates on payment status and account issues
-
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts receivable policies and procedures

Perform administrative, recordkeeping, and ad hoc finance support tasks
